Think Twice

How To Think Like Mahathir
A Step by Step Guide to an In-Depth and Novel Application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming By Dalina Ismail

I was drawn to this book when i was flipping through its pages and notice that it has something to do with what i am working on at the moment.
Dalina Ismail, the writer of this book introduced the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which was founded by John Grinder, a linguist, and Richard Bandler, a mathematician and computer specialist.

I found this book to be interesting as an exposure on the Conscious, Sub-conscious and Unconscious Mind as it has been described in a simpler way and a better understanding has been achieved. Apart from that, the NLP techniques which are Six-Step Reframing and Congruence proven to be applicable (tried it but did not take the result seriously :P). Meaning of dreams were included and it fascinated me a lot as i can relate it to Freud's Interpretation of Dream. The benchmark, Tun Dr Mahathir is one of the famous person of the stage where the mind is able to achieve by using this techniques.
